Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy applies to Tactical Loadout Simulator for iPhone and iPad. The app is an entertainment simulator and does not require you to register an account.

Information that may be collected

The app and third-party software development kits may automatically collect or receive the following categories of information:

• Device identifiers, including advertising or device identifiers.
• Approximate location, inferred from an IP address or similar technical information.
• Usage data, such as product interaction, advertising data and other app activity.
• Diagnostics, including crash reports, performance data and other technical diagnostics.

Some of these categories may be used to track activity across apps or websites owned by other companies, subject to your consent and platform settings.

How information is used

Information may be used to:

• provide, maintain and improve app functionality;
• measure engagement and understand how features are used;
• detect crashes, troubleshoot problems and improve performance;
• deliver, measure and personalize advertising where permitted;
• prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.

Third-party services

The app uses third-party advertising, analytics and monetization providers. These providers process information under their own privacy policies. Depending on the service, their processing may include device identifiers, approximate location, usage information, advertising data, diagnostics and performance data.

The app currently uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics
• ironSource
• Mintegral
• Unity

Advertising and tracking

The app contains advertising. Where required, the app or its advertising partners will request permission before accessing the iOS advertising identifier or using data for tracking. You can review or change tracking permission in iOS Settings. Disabling tracking does not necessarily remove ads, but ads may be less personalized.

Data retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children's privacy

Tactical Loadout Simulator is rated 13+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the developer so the matter can be reviewed.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing of personal information. You can also:

• manage tracking permission in iOS Settings;
• limit ad personalization through your device settings;
• contact the developer regarding a privacy request.

Because much of the information is handled through device identifiers rather than an account, additional information may be required to verify and process a request.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the app, third-party services or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an update is published.
